Physically-based and distributed modelling of eco-hydrological systems, parameter calibration, sensitivity/uncertainty analysis;
Integrated modelling of the hydrodynamic and pollutant transport in urban areas, river catchments and waterbodies;
Machine learning / Artificial Intelligence approaches;

Real-time monitoring/forecasting system of cyanobacterial blooms (Projet OSS-Cyano);
Integrated modelling of E. coli transport in urban catchments and lakes (Projets OSS-Cyano et ANR ANSWER);
Data-driven modelling of the eco-hydrological systems (ANR ANSWER);
Machine learning / Artificial Intelligence method to auto-correct the on-line measurements of probes ANR ANSWER);
Meta-model based approach for calibration of complex models (OPUR).
