En 1988, Jacques Chirac, alors maire de Paris, promet qu’à la fin de son mandat, il ira se baigner dans la Seine. Une promesse jamais tenue qui reste un fantasme. Pourtant, pour les Jeux olympiques de 2024, des épreuves devraient se tenir dans le fleuve. Sera-t-il possible de dépolluer la Seine ? Quel est la qualité actuelle de l’eau ? Le chantier est immense pour arriver à rendre la Seine aux Parisiens.
